How does a day as Trainer/Coach in Customer Service (m/f/d) look like:
In the morning, you will have a look at the activities planned for the day: performing Quality evaluations to find improvement opportunities for employees would be your main activity. Throughout the day, you will answer agents' questions in regards to policies and procedures. You will then be having individual feedback and/or coaching sessions with agents aimed at developing their hard and soft skills. When necessary, you will be creating or updating Knowledge base content. Thinking about ways to improve our processes and analyzing data to identify training opportunities and provide training will also be part of your tasks.
Your profile as a Trainer in Customer Service (m/f/d):
At least one year of professional experience within Customer Service performing evaluations and providing feedback and coaching.
Strong communication skills paired with (near) native German and good English language skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify patterns in order to extract actionable insights.
